Take a journey through the many lifestyle activities that directly impact your health and wellbeing including 32 short podcasts, videos, tips and tricks to help you create new habits and change old behaviours. There are numerous styles of support materials on each topic that will help you to learn as easy as possible all in easy to understand language. Each topic is unlocked every few days to give you small chunks of information that you can absorb and put into action. This helps you to make many simple changes over time so that without realising it you have formed many new small habits that add up to a big positive difference to your health and vitality.

The good news is that we do not expect you to do this alone so you will be regularly invited to expert interviews, Question & Answer sessions and live group coaching calls. We will do a deep dive into topics of interest and connect with participants as you navigate the programme and the new changes in your life. We are always in your corner waving you on and supporting you through the tricky bits. You will hear from us through notifications also at a time that suits you giving you gentle prompts and nudges to keep up the good work and add a little more!
